Lot of little things that make for a bad customer experience
The only hotel in a month of travel that charged me at a "tourist exchange rate" as they call it. I wonder if it's even legal? The bottle of water or chips in the room is chargeable, it does not correspond to the standard of a 4* (especially since the prices are not indicated in the room and suggest that it is indeed complimentary). You book a late check-out until 2pm, but the front desk calls you at 10.30am to rush you ...because their software is apparently not up to date

Its location, restaurant , and staff.
